Of course wrapped in #ifdef LIBCURL_REPLACE_NANOIO.
Point is taht I do not want to build a dependancy with another library
at the code level. I think you can do that glue easilly on top of the
existing interface (and override nano* implementation too).
So yes it may make sense for you, you should be able to do it, but I
don't want that at the code level.
