I don't think there will be any starting from scratch. Windows CE has so
many holes in the C runtime, almost nothing will compile without tweaking.
There is a project exactly for this at http://www.essemer.com.au/windowsce/
and someone who starts with wince port in the future will probably begin
there. What you see in the win32/wince directory is a small snip from that
anyway.

But we can keet the bits, of course.
