[xml] tutorial problem

When I click on "Encoding Conversion", I get the foloowing:
Not Found
The requested URL /tutorial/ar01s09.html was not found on this
server.
It's also missing in the distribution.
"Acknowlegdements" (api.html) is also missing in both places....
