Could some kind soul (Igor seems busy) check those 2 bugs occuring
on Windows: 119343 and 119347 . The build problem is clearly Windows
specific, a crash on xmlElemDump seems weird too ...

This bug was in two parts. The first part has already been
corrected in CVS (according to bonsai, a Mr. Veillard was
responsible). For the second part, I have found the problem and am
currently committing a fix to CVS. The problem was solved by a
small enhancement to the xsl file defgen.xsl. Unfortunately,
although I am completely confident the fix is correct, I am not
really set up to test it under Windoze. Perhaps another list member
could help? Just run the configure script with the parameters
specified by the bug reporter and then confirm that the generated
libxml2.def.src is loved by the Linker.

This one is more difficult. I have confirmed that the reporter's
program runs ok under Linux. In order to pursue it, one would need
to get more detail (probably by using a debugger under Windoze) as
to where the crash is happening.
thanks in advance, I would like to make a new release tomorrow or
this week-end, if I could get some feedback by then that would rock
!
