Would that be accurate? (That is to say, "--stream" does work with
"--valid" and with "--dtdvalid", does it not?)
Looks good except I don't yet support DTD validating with a DTD
instance not given by the document, i.e. --dtdvalid is not yet supported
with --stream, TODO :-)
