[xml] Search engine for the XSLT API

 While Igor is busy cleaning up the Windows build mess, I have
also tried to do my share reducing the level of newbies induced
mail noise. There is now a limited but functionnal search engine
on the web site for the XML API.

     http://xmlsoft.org/search.php

 Among the TODOs for the search engine are:
   - indexing the XSLT API
   - indexing the web pages themselves
   - indexing the mail archives (more difficult it's not on the
     same system ...)

I won't have much computer time till the end of the week, but feedback
about problems are welcome as usual.
