Hi there,

I have added an option for python bindings to configure.js. When used,
python/setup.py will be generated.

In order for "python setup.py" to work afterwards, one must specify at least
 incdir=$(PREFIX)\include\libxml2
 sodir=$(PREFIX)\bin
when configuring.

The patch to python/setup.py.in from Stephane Bidoul must also be applied,
of course.
