solve the real problem. Cygwin must get rid of __declspec(dllimport),
as
this is specific for the MS compiler.
Gcc has full support for __declspec(dllimport). This is _NOT_ a problem.
I have libxml and libxslt here (and so can _any_ cygwin user) running
very happily as .dll's.
