[xml] XKMS

I am implementing a server with C under Linux. And I want to make the
communication of this server with XML. But this means clear text XML
messaging.

Because the information communicated has to be secret, i need (i think)
XKMS.

And i searched the site (http://xmlsoft.org) but couldn't find a useful
information. Does libxml support XKMS?

How can i manage to use XKMS?

Any help will be very appreciated.
