[xml] encoding

hi,

i think i got the encoding related problems to using
libxml2 for EUC-KR(2 bytes korean language set). i
read whole encoding related document on this site but
still couldn't get it at all. could anyone give me an
advice how do i get this problem solve. or any patch
there.?
