Oh, regarding including libxml2 with Swish-e:  We also distribute a Win32
binary.

As I know nothing about Win32 I'm the wrong one to ask this question
(someone else does the Win32 building), but would we include a xmllib2.dll
or statically link in the library and just distribute the binary?

My apologies for being so ignorant on these issues.
