Define "reasonable". They're just hints, right, not commands? (Ion has a
kludge to detect noborder+fullsize full-screen kludges so that such windows
can be managed in a special manner (equal to workspaces), but it does not
and absolutely will not support borderless windows even on PWM-style/FloatWS
workspaces and on tiled workspaces even the notion is absurd.)
