Hi!

A few comments follow.

These routines still have to be written, AFAIK.

>    _NET_DESKTOP_NAMES now in UTF8
>    _NET_WM_NAME
Is this marked by appropriate type (UTF_STRING?)?

>_NET_WM_STATE_REMOVE        0    /* remove/unset property */
> _NET_WM_STATE_ADD           1    /* add/set property */
> _NET_WM_STATE_TOGGLE        2    /* toggle property  */

Please also add _NET_WM_STATE_SET 3 /* remove all and set specified */

Have we decided anything about docklets/applets/epplets/... that could
get put in the panel/taskbar/tray/... Matthias, what will be the
replacement for KWM_DOCKWINDOW?
