[Vala] [ANN] Anjuta plugin for Vala

I'm pleased to announce the release of the Anjuta Vala support plugin
version 0.4. It can be downloaded from:

http://bitbucket.org/abderrahim/anjuta-vala/get/anjuta-valaplugin-0.4.tar.bz2

This is the same code as in Anjuta 2.31.3 that just got released. So,
this is the last independent release of this plugin, it is mainly
targeted at users of stable Anjuta 2.30.x.

It is recommended to use Vala 0.9.1 with this release.

Bugs and feature requests should be filed in GNOME Bugzilla, product
anjuta, component "plugins: language-support-vala".

New since 0.3
* Fully reworked error reporting, it should work flawlessly now.
* Update to latest Anjuta API.
* Many small bug fixes.
