[Vala] follow up to Houston we have a problem

Hey there,

Ok shoot me. In my rush to be helpful I probably have cause some wasted
time. I inadvertently forgot to call --pkg gmodule-2.0 when I tried
compiling text-file-viewer.vala. So of course the signals were not getting
connected. The attached files in my last email do work properly. Sorry.
However this was not the only problem I have had with getting ui signals
connected-so I am going to go do my homework now and come up with an example
which is reproducible for you folks. Sorry for calling alarm when I made a
simple mistake. So I am off to try and reproduce the problems I have been
having and will post again when I have something that doesn't work due to
errors not caused by me ;) (hanging my head in shame graudally realizing
that most of my problems were cause by a) --pkg gmodule-2.0, b) [CCode
(instance_pos = -1)], or  c) forgetting a) or b) ;) (No! it can't be that
simple, I want my hair back !)
