When generating ianjuta-3.0 I get:
IAnjuta-3.0.gir:26.5-26.72: error: The base type `void*` of struct
`IAnjuta.BuilderHandle` is not a struct
    <alias name="BuilderHandle" c:type="IAnjutaBuilderHandle">

This need a fix, did you work on it already? By the way why you want Anjuta
and IAnjuta in the same .vapi? They have different namespaces while in vala,
at least for now, you can only have one gir namespace per file.
