Yeah, that would probably work. Or maybe the mouse icon with the

I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't want indication of this,
and it's unobtrusive, so my opinion is to hardcode it.

I don't really think any of them are needed. The only one I'd consider
is the UPS one, but I guess if you own a UPS you probably already know
what it does, making it unncessary. :)
Looking at it a little more closely, though, there's a little confusion
in my mind about the Power Modes/Setting dropdown there. It seems to
imply that it's a setting, but really it's just selects a configuration
group. Maybe get rid of the "Setting" label and change the wording of
the option menu to "While on battery power"?
