[Usability] Dialogs and Maximize button

Hi,

The HIG says (implicitly) dialogs shouldn't have a maximize button.

Can this be fixed such that dialogs can have a maximize button?
Even better, can maximize buttons be automatically added to every window 
that is resizable?
