Just a warning: I think some laptop keyboards omit the windows key - my
IBM T42p being one example. Looking over the keyboard there doesn't seem
to be a way to emulate it at all.
Even Microsoft software provides alternate keybindings for the windows
key functionality (e.g. ctrl-esc to show the main menu) - so I wouldn't
depend on it if I were you.

main piece of the filet may be floating up out of the plate, but
you stab it with your fork and put it back down in, and if you
do it carefully, the surface tension of the gravy will keep it
in place."
