[Usability] misc - abiword, eject/format floppy

Hi,

just wanted to report some misc usabilty issues:

1. abiword  - 'left column' stock icon look (almost exactly)the same as
'justify paragraph' -- confusing
2. format resides right below eject floppy in the context menu, with a
bit for slipping it's easy to fomrat your floppy, should be placed
elsewhere.
