Actually, I think its worthwhile having the "big picture" discussion
before these sorts of details. If GNOME Search Tool is solving the
problem in the wrong way, the right time to think about this sort of
thing is earlier not later. So we should figure out if we want to have
an independent search tool before investing a lot of effort in improving
it.
