[Tracker] Lots of bugs related to logs message

Hi,

There has been lots of bugs reported by people complaining their logs
filled by tracker warnings and errors.

Bug #735406 which is resolved was supposed to limit such logs, but
even after then there has been bugs reported #784045 #730083 #747198

Even my log is filled with quite a large number of warnings.

Should we restrict logs further? What should be the log messages we
should display to a normal user? Perhaps displaying only error
messages.

If we can discuss and arrive at some conclusion on a log level, I am
ready to write and commit patches for same.
