Hi!

I don't think it's useful to store the media art cache on removable
media. I think we should store all cached media art in
~/.cache/media-art. Usually people use a removable storage device in
only a few different computers. It's rare that they plug the device into
a new computer every day, and that's the only time that having the cache
stored on the device itself is really an advantage.

This simplifies the code quite a bit actually.

I can't push this right now since we're supposed to be in code freeze, but I will after the stable releases are made.
