Ok, this is weird:
Emails : 11806
EvolutionEmails : 11806
ThunderbirdEmails : 0
KMailEmails : 0
EmailAttachments : 171
EvolutionAttachments : 171
so the problem is maybe with tracker-search-tool? If I start a search on the name of some person that sent me emails I don't get anything. Even on the content of the emails.

no that looks indexed
can you run tracker-stats to see how many emails you have indexed
(tracker-stats is in package tracker-utils)
