Sure, but the 'basic' default is hardcoded in tracker, i.e. to add
$HOME to watched directory roots if no config file is found and t-p
has that option checked by default too - so this is safe for 'new'
users anyway.

ok mod it so that it uses Home if no watch dirs are set
