windows support is not officially supported and its up to those who want
it to maintain that support. If you add it to the web pages pls make
that clear.

I dont have the time to test on windows whenever I make changes so
windows support may break in the future. Nor can I deal with problems
that windows users have with it

Im happy to add reasonable patches if it makes maintaining windows
support easier (hopefully only small patches will be needed in future
after adding that big one)
