To be frank it's a long and hard process. What one needs is to first
install mingw and then install all of the dependencies for tracker.
Some can be installed from pre-compiled packages, while others must be
compiled from source. I just started by installing all the packages
tracker required one by one but since a lot of them depended on other
packages, I lost track of how to install all of them. So I sadly don't
have a guide.
