[Tracker] [PATCH] Exclude directories from being indexed

Hi,

i missed the feature that allowed to exclude a list of directories
from being indexed, mostly usable when having lots of apps in some dir
below $HOME installed.

The directories to exclude form indexing can be set by a new cfg
variable in the Indexes stanza - I thought it might be the right
place.

I patched the CVS tracker.

The patch does well here, any comments?
