Some music formats like MP3 and OGG do embed them [1] [2] [3] [4].

Could be possible to add a license field to the spec in each first
class object(mainly this ones [4])?

I think that allowing Creative Commons-based searches would be a
killer feature. Results would be displayed classified by the kind of
license. Files with no license or copyright would show it on the
license field.
