Oh yes that seemed to have solved the issue (thanks Sander for the tip!), 
but now i am getting the error below.

code 400, message Bad request syntax ('\x16\x03\x01\x00E\x01\x00\x00A\x03\x01Lt\xd3\xd1\xcce\x97\xd8\xc7\xc5G\xf3l7\x02\xa0Hg\xcf0\xad\xc6\xa7\x90t\xee\xa0/\xcd\xa7!\xc3\x00\x00\x1a\x005\x00/\x00')

any ideas?

Last time I had a problem like this, it was because I entered http://
instead of https:// in Tomboy. Just a wild guess, maybe that could be
it?
