Paul just blogged about Snowy needing UI and visual design work [1].
In order to organize submitted designs, there now is a wiki page for
mockups and feedback:

Online the best designed note app on the web!

Once a general design direction is set, I think it's a good idea to
document that on a separate page like GNOME Shell does [2] (cf. [3]).
That way it will be easier to base new design improvement ideas on the
current direction, so that not every new mockup would imply a full
rewrite of Snowy. :-)
