GPG Made Easy (not really) is a library for interoperating with GPG keys.

Try grabbing the latest 2.26.0 and compiling with --prefix=/usr
--sysconfdir=/etc --enable-debug. Paste the command line messages
after that's installed. You might need the 2.26 version of
gnome-keyring to build it.

That's the default keyring for gnome-keyring and shouldn't affect how
GPG keys are loaded.
