GnuPG and GnuME - hard dependencies

Hi, Stef

I've seen you have submitted the change that separates GnuPG from other 
components. (SSH, keyring etc.) But I found GnuPG or GPGMe is still a 
hard dependencies. (If I am right)

Do you think it is a bit trick to solve this issue? And could you let me 
know your plan when you could finish it?
