Small problem with porting 'frame-style to GtkComboBoxText

Hi all,

so the last widget for today is GtkComboBoxText in 'frame-style.

Basically it's working with one small exception (grab misc-1.9 branch):

set theme to StyleTab => next choose either Elberg-tabbed or 
get-S-tabbed => choose StyleTab again => You'll see wrong margins in the 
titlebar.
set theme to StyleTab => next choose Elberg-tabbed or get-S-tabbed => 
choose any but none of those three => choose StyleTab again => working 
correctly.

I don't see the point for this, though. So does anyone of you got a 
clue? The code is basically the same, just a different (modern) Widget.
