[REAME] proposed schedule for 1.8.0/1.7.1

Hi all,

here's the schedule I currently have in mind:

# 03 December:
- Release Sawfish 1.7.1 with some bugfixes (minor)

# 22 December:
- Release Sawfish 1.8.0 RC with edge-actions (definitively) and tabs-ng (if it 
passes the test and requirements on stability & such)

# 14 January OR 21 January:
- Release final Sawfish 1.8.0 / Life-end of 1.7x

# 14 January:
- SawfishPager (GTK+3 ready)
	(Pager is independent of rep-gtk, so it's updated before)

Any thoughts?
