Viewport save pointer & focus

Hi. One more goody.

If you jump around viewports with keys (I switch them with shift +
cursor keys), then try my script:

Each viewport 'remembers' pointer & focus with it. 

I was irritated each time I switch back to a viewport because 
the focus & pointer change. This script remedies it.

I love sawfish - if it doesn't fit me, I make it fit me. It's possible
with sawfish.
