sawfish-ui tree open problem

When the sawfish-ui is started, none of the closed branches of the
tree are marked with '+'. It appears like there is only one level
to the tree. If one double clicks on a branch, say Appearance,
then it opens up with a `-' marker. When it is subsequencly closed,
the '+' marker now appears.
