[sabayon] Ubuntu Hoary package for Sabayon

It probably violates the Debian guidelines in a million different
ways. However, it does seem to work for me. Let it be known: if
someone else wants to maintain this package, they would be more than
welcome. ;) Otherwise, I'll try to track actual releases of Sabayon
from here on in.
