Some notes:

 - you can safely enabled=false in the [LMS] section
 - you should decide between Tracker (media indexing is done by tracker
and available to other programs such as GNOME Music, GNOME Photos,
etc.) or MediaExport where the indexing is done by Rygel.

Having enabled both is overkill. MediaExport should stop itself when it
sees the tracker plugin enabled, but that seems to be broken currently.
