Trouble with GstLaunch

I'm trying to share an internet radio station with Rygel so I can listen using my LG Blu-Ray player (BD570).  The player sees rygel, and plays MP3s fine (but not FLACs, but that's for another thread).  I probably don't really understand how it's all supposed to work, so I have some questions:

1. How do /etc/rygel.conf and and ~/.config/rygel.conf coexist?  Does the user's conf completely override the system's?
2. When the GstLaunch plugin is enabled, it shows up as a different server than the MediaExport plugin.  That's fine, I guess, but I don't really understand why.  Does it still use the same port?
3. I have the plugin configured like this:

[GstLaunch]
enabled=true
launch-items=wabe
wabe-title=WABE
wabe-mime=audio/mpeg
wabe-launch=playbin uri=http://pba-ice.streamguys.org:80/wabe

When I select Gst Launch/WABE on my player, I get nothing.  Running rygel from the command line, I see this:

(rygel:15673): Rygel-WARNING **: rygel-http-request.vala:91: Invalid seek request

(rygel:15673): Rygel-WARNING **: rygel-http-request.vala:91: Invalid seek request

(rygel:15673): Rygel-WARNING **: rygel-http-request.vala:91: Invalid seek request

(rygel:15673): Rygel-WARNING **: rygel-http-request.vala:91: Invalid seek request

This is on a Fedora 16 system, with rygel 0.12.7

Any help would be appreciated.
