There are the wiki pages on starting from http://live.gnome.org/Rygel
and there are the manpage for the config (man rygel.conf) and for rygel
itself (man rygel). Not much troubleshooting docs out there currently,
so fire away is probably the best solution :) we also tend to hang
around on #gupnp irc channelon irc.gimp.net.
