If you have lots of files to edit, I'd personally recommend 'Audio Tag
Tool', which I use myself. There is also an editor that gets the tags
from musicbrainz, but I don't remember it's name.

I think Rhythmbox will be okay for occasional tagging (is this a feature
at all? I have never used it.), but you'd want to use an external
application for mass tagging, at least atm.
