Hi Mika,

Indeed, the issue was with the version 1 tags that are not in UTF.
When I edited files to add version 2.3 tags, Rhythmbox started to
understand the titles etc correctly.

The only problem (I haven't yet studied it thoroughly) is whether
Rhythmbox will use file name (in UTF) in case there are no tags at
all.
