Hi,

You can basically do that:
- apt-get source rhythmbox
- copy rhythmbox-0.9.3.1/debian to a the source you want to package
- edit debian/changelog and add an entry for your version (like
0.9.4.1cvsDATE)
- edit debian/rules to change the configure options to use
- build the package ("debuild" to the source directory by example)
