Based on what is in this tarball, I have updated the documentation, and
added some screenshots. Still quite sparse for iradio, but at least it
mentions it now!

To get the help to build correctly, I always need to copy in the
'omf.make' and 'xmldocs.make' files. Should these be part of the source
released?
