3.8 Release Notes Writing

It's time to start preparing the GNOME 3.8 release notes.

I won't have time to help this year, but maybe I can help out with some
smaller sections.

Had a quick chat with Allan Day (CC'ed) here at DevConf, and sounds like
Allan would be interested again.

Allan: Is https://live.gnome.org/AndreKlapper/WritingReleaseNotes
helpful (though it needs updates now that we're using Mallard)?
If so I'd like to move it to a better namespace, maybe
https://live.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/WritingReleaseNotes or so.
