Yelp now has a fairly workable patch sitting in bugzilla [1] which I'm
relatively happy to commit.

There are a couple of issues I would consider somewhat serious. 1.
There's no caret option I can find in WebKit. 2. There's an issue with
high-contrast inverse themes where the text becomes unreadable [2].

Otherwise, I'll leave it to the a11y crew to assess whether it's
acceptable.

I do wonder what the GNOME position is for html engines for 2.24. Are
we planning on having webkit and mozilla as external dependencies, or
one or t'other, or saying "either-or"?

Cheers
Don
