Sooo. It's clearly a tricky decision to take. From a GNOME point of
view, I think we'd like to have only one "stable" branch for the whole
2.24 lifecycle. So it means we'd go with options 1 or 2. Given the fact
that people have been waiting for Ekiga 3.00 for quite some time, I'd go
with 1. Note that what really matters is what distro ship, and distros
will most likely ship with 2.24.1, which should give some time to fix
things.
