Request for approval: Non-maintainer release of tracker 0.6.0

Hello,

Please approve a non-maintainer release of current tracker trunk as
tracker 0.6.0. Reason being that:
 * the current release has a high profile crasher bug
 * the crashes overload our bugsquad team
 * the maintainer hasn't released a new version while it was
   specifically requested for 3+ months
 * the bug is gone in trunk, although the exact fix isn't known
 * the crasher bug is now our most duplicated bug ever (which should
   mean 1000+ dupes)

If approved, I'll wait until Saturday before doing the release (to give
Jamie appropriate time to act).

I am furthermore considering disabling the bug-buddy interface for
tracker. I will likely do this as soon as I have the time (in <24
hours).

Note that although tracker is not at ftp.gnome.org, it is at
www.gnome.org/~jamiemcc (see
http://www.gnome.org/projects/tracker/download.html). I'll release it at
ftp.gnome.org.
