The MIME icons all fall back appropriately. The spinner is being redone
in appropriate sizes, and will be back shortly. And libgnomeui and gtk+
are both already updated to use icon names for MIME types in accordance
with the Icon Naming Spec. Alex L. is also working on getting us generic
fallback support for MIME types in the Shared MIME specification, so we
can do all of this stuff even better. Hopefully he will put that in the
spec soon, and get the related xdgmime code updated in gtk+ and vfs.
